I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to help them relieve distress and overcome challenges. In our interactions, I aim to provide a warm, safe, comfortable space in which we can collaborate and communicate effectively. My overarching goal of treatment is to help clients develop insight into the underlying causes of their emotional experiences. I simultaneously try to provide constructive, practical, and solution-focused techniques that will enact lasting personal change and move clients towards happier, more fulfilling lives. I use a holistic and integrative approach, calling upon a variety of theoretical orientations, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and relational approaches. I tailor the treatment to the unique needs of each client to alleviate emotional discomfort and improve well being.

I received my doctorate in school-clinical psychology from Pace University in Manhattan and my BA in psychology from Colgate University. I spent over a decade working in New York City before moving to the Boston area. I have been employed in a variety of settings, including schools, residential programs, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice settings.
