I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with college students and adults. I offer a calm, authentic, compassionate style and use an eclectic, active, relational approach grounded in psychodynamic training. I received my Masters in Social Work from Smith College’s School for Social Work, and my B.A. from Skidmore College. I have worked in human services for many years in a variety of settings including college mental health, community mental health, school-based therapeutic supports, a substance use/abuse treatment center, and an inpatient psychiatric unit.

In addition to those areas listed above, my additional clinical interests include issues relating to gender/sexuality, and issues related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.

My goal is to understand the full scope of who you are – your strengths and your struggles – and to use my skills and training to collaboratively develop the insight and abilities necessary to address the issues you are facing. I truly feel honored to participate in my clients’ journeys in this capacity.
