I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. I am committed to embracing and celebrating all the unique aspects of my clients. Using a strengths-based perspective, I encourage people to think about what went right and how we can use that as a foundation to build off of. I believe that celebrating every success, no matter how small it may be, lays the groundwork for enacting greater change in one’s life. Big goals and dreams can be scary and exciting all at once. Giving yourself credit for each small step you take along the way can make achieving your ultimate goal feel more attainable.

Since earning my MSW from Simmons College, I’ve spent 10 years working with young adults in innovative workforce development programs. Through this work I’ve been honored to help individuals navigate a variety of stressors including first jobs, entering college, relationship challenges, homelessness, substance use/abuse/addition, sexual identity/orientation, grief, loss and other crises. In addition to my one-on-one work, I have years of experience collaborating with parents, schools, state agencies such as DCF & DMH, and other support systems.
