As a licensed psychologist and therapist who has been extensively trained in both cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches to therapy, my specialties include working with individuals and families struggling with ADHD, anxiety and stress-related conditions, mood problems, and psychosis. Other areas of interest include the development of effective career strategies and making healthy adjustments to navigate life transitions. I also work with people who are interested in psychological assessment and diagnostic clarification. My approach is relationship oriented and solution focused.

I am currently a licensed psychologist and Health Service Provider who is on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, Department of Psychiatry. I am a supervising psychologist and also provide diagnostic evaluations and clinical referrals for youth at risk for psychotic spectrum illnesses. I also work with families in helping them better understand mental health challenges and treatment options. My previous work experience includes positions as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at UTSW Medical Center and Research Scientist II at Columbia University/New York State Psychiatric Institute in addition to private practices in New York City and Dallas, TX.
