I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults of all ages. I believe that with my training in CBT, I offer a self-empowering therapeutic experience that helps the adults I work with improve their ability to affect positive change in their lives. I received my Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston Graduate School of Social Work and a Post-Master’s Certificate in trauma. I have worked in various human services for many years including psychiatric day treatment programs, community mental health, and community hospitals.

In addition to those areas listed above, my additional clinical interests include; issues relating to interpersonal relationships, mindfulness based treatment, and co-occurring depression and anxiety.

I have always had a profound interest in my client’s experiences, strengths, and difficulties. My objective is to understand the entirety of whomever I work with and assist individuals to develop a truer sense of self. I feel truly privileged to have this opportunity to connect with individuals in this way. “
