I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I specialize in child and adolescents, anxiety & depression, trauma, relational conflicts, and parental guidance. In my work I aim to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere with which to aid effective communication, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I am an eclectic clinician and utilize play therapy, psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness approaches in my work.

I earned my MSW from the Smith College School for Social Work and have a strong background in community mental health. I have worked in primary care and hospital settings in Boston providing both short term and long term psychotherapy to individuals and families across the life span. I have specialized training in trauma-focused play therapy and have experience helping parents navigate the public school system. I have spent the majority of my career working with youth and families who struggle with limited resources. In my private practice I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care and enjoy working with families from various cultural backgrounds. Whether you are looking for support around emotional symptoms, are interested in exploring patterns in yourself and relationships, or are looking for guidance for a child or a loved one, I believe our work together can provide you with the space and tools to do so.
